Moon Flower Offering Hudson River Full Moon in Pisces Lunar Eclipse
Another lifetime ago, a panic attack lifted me out of the city that never sleeps to the city of angels. Describing anxiety and panic attacks before they were welcomed tools for personal growth to my friends, I became somewhat of a poster child for le woo-woo. New York to LA had its appeal for many as I portrayed my days in Santa Monica meditating, attending my now dear friend Scott Hobbs Iyengar's yoga classes, walking on the beach, and attempting to gulp down wheat grass. After days of complete solace and upon reflection I would now say bliss, I would fly back to party and work nonstop (most likely it was the other way around, nonstop partying and working). Eventually, my trips east ceased when the city of angels felt more comforting, comforting in the ways of all affirmative fascinations, for my woo-wooness.
From childhood, I had the gift of a seer, a mystic, an intuitive whose capabilities included being able to put into words the gifts of coincidence or as a friend at a recent full moon gathering coined co-incidence, giving more luxury to the word that is the human catalyst for our connection with the numinous, California for its bounty of esoteric practices helped to me to secure these gifts, years upon years later me being Chiron incarnate, I have helped many establish practices that enrich their lives and yes, continue to heal their wounds.
Each of our lives offers us the opportunity to experience synchronicities or co-incidences and yet so many refuse to be still, listen, wonder and accept that as my friend Caroline Casey says, ‘operators are standing by.’ I tell my Grace Shared (https://www.staytrueworld.com/grace-shared) clients that as dire as these times we are living in are, at the risk of sounding cliché there is so much magic available to us. Magic referring to opening oneself up to:
1). Believing it is there
2). Believing everything is alive, connected, and speaking to us all the time
3). Acknowledge co-incidences, the more acknowledgement, the more they show up
4). Learn to,align with and always trust your intuition (for some baby steps to start)
5). Spend as much time as possible listening and observing the natural world
Personally, dig in the dirt, garden and as much as possible I sit and hug trees, not only are they grounding for my overactive imagination, psychic self, but they give me a fair amount of cosmic downloads -information to help with my decision making, guidance and well . . . immense love. According to native Americans their spirits live high up in their branches and they speak to the star nations. In my view the star nations playing host to the otherworldly, so naturally I love this.
